Hope Springs has sent a letter of intent to lease to the owner of the building at 1025 Baxter Street. Many of you have looked at the building over the past seven days. We are expecting to hear back from the owner this week. The basic lease is $2500 per month for 8,800 square feet of space (that is twice the space we currently occupy downtown for less money). The lease is expected to begin very soon. Please pray for God’s favor as we step out in faith together!
